We had our Chef Amaury Dosio w**e dinner presented by the Knights of Alba Chicago last night. Good time was had by all as we prepared 5 courses to go with delicious Dosio Barolo. Trisha and I want to start by thanking Dosio’s Francesco Davico Francesco Davico, W**e distributor Cesar Bolaño from Misunderstood César Bolaño , Knights Of Alba Chicago Georgia Marsh,my little sister Samantha Oulavong Samantha for the awesome pics. And my world of thanks for awesome friends that we love Stel (Stel) and his wonderful spouse Christa Christa Ojeda for the assist in the kitchen. God only know that we would have not been able to execute the food at service without you two and my sis Kelley McFarland for her “dose of charm”. Last but not least, we would to thank our guests that spent a Saturday night with us enjoying great company, w**e and our food. Thanks for having faith in what we do. I’m greatly humbled and honored to be your chef for the evening. It’s a blessing. Cheers! **edinners

Biscuits!!! Decided to take a break from bread so it’s biscuits made with French butter and flour. Eggs scrambled in 5 year age Hooks cheddar, bacon and avocado. Cheers and happy Friday!

Hey Folks! Thursday, September 26th, I will be having a w**e dinner, featuring the w**es of Dosio Barolo. It’ll be 4 courses, paired with Dosio w**es. The event is being done through our Knights of Alba group. The cost is 160 per person, all in. If interested please DM me or text me if you have my number.
