So I went to our local bakery, nooot lol. The local bakery is our loft in Fulton Market Chicago. This is the first time that I’ve attempted to make different breads at the same time. Sourdough focaccia, that will be made into 4 different sandwiches and sourdough baguettes for our charcuterie board. Funny that in the past, I would just buy bread from some great local bakeries but now, I’m confident enough to bake myself. I seldom buy bread anymore only in an emergency.
