Sundays are made for gathering around the grill for Brunch.

Join us this Sunday from 11 AM–4 PM for Patio y Parrilla at Manchamanteles in Bucktown. Our signature Carbón Plate lets you choose from steak, cecina, al pastor, chorizo, chicken breast, or a vegetarian option, served with olive rice, beans, guacamole, mashed potatoes, rajas de chile, and grilled corn.

Then join us again for our remaining Patio y Parrilla Sundays:

On July 26 and August 30, every Carbón Plate includes a complimentary Don Julio cocktail (one per guest).

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another unforgettable Barrio BBQ and for helping us kick off patio season in Bucktown. Seeing our community gather around great food, great company, and a shared purpose is what makes events like these so special.

A special thank you to our friends and collaborators who helped bring this year’s celebration to life: Chel Geno Bahena , Santa Masa Tamaleria , LOBO , and DIEGO | Chicago . Your talent, generosity, and passion made the day one to remember.

Father’s Day marks the beginning of our Patio y Parrilla Summer Series at Manchamanteles.

Join Chef Geno Bahena starting at 11 AM as he fires up the outdoor Aztec grill for an afternoon of cooking over live fire. Enjoy special al carbón offerings available exclusively for the series, including cecina, skirt steak, al pastor, chicken breast, and a vegetarian grill plate served with traditional accompaniments.

Our full brunch and regular menu will also be available from 11 AM–4 PM.

Chef Geno invites you to Barrio BBQ this Sunday, June 14, from 4:00–7:00 PM at Manchamanteles.

Join us for a one-night-only walk-around tasting experience featuring seven dishes and one welcome cocktail, celebrating the flavors, traditions, and creativity of Mexican cuisine.

Joining us are Santa Masa Tamalería, Diego, and Pizza Lobo, alongside the Manchamanteles team for an afternoon of exceptional food, drinks, and community.

Tickets are $66 plus tax and include all seven dishes and one welcome cocktail.

A portion of proceeds will benefit ICIRR, supporting immigrant and refugee communities throughout Illinois.

Tickets are limited, and advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Reserve your spot on Tock and spend your Sunday on the patio with us.
