Nepal House brings the rich flavors of authentic Nepalese cuisine to the Chicago community. Nepalese food reflects the country’s cultural and geographic diversity, offering a wide variety of dishes influenced by different ethnicities,
soils, and climates. At Nepal House, we serve the traditional dal-bhat-tarkari—a staple throughout Nepal. This includes dal, a seasoned lentil soup; bhat, usually steamed rice or another grain; and tarkari, a flavorful vegetable curry. Meals are accompanied by spicy chutneys or pickles (achaar), fresh green chilies, and sometimes lemon or lime slices, adding zest and authenticity. We offer a variety of services including dine-in, carry-out, delivery, catering, private event management, and fundraising support.
