As most of you know, the City of Chicago is now requiring proof of vaccination for indoor dining. We will be asking patrons to show a valid vaccination card or proof of negative COVID test results within the last 7 days. Below you will find what those valid forms of verification include, as well as a QR which will allow you to acquire your personal QR code where your vaccinations can be found!
