Attention 🚨

Effective Monday, January 3rd, per City of Chicago Guidelines. It is REQUIRED that vaccination cards are shown upon entrance for all guests 5 years and older for dining indoors.

-For Anyone of the age 16 years or older, a picture ID will be needed to match the name on their vaccination card.

-For those that are not vaccinated or do not have their vaccination records with them, per city requirement, indoor dining will not be allowed. However, the option for outdoor dining in our heated patio or take out will be available.

We would like to remind everyone that upon visiting Sushi Taku (at both locations), please remember to follow Covid guidelines to ensure the safety of yourselves and for those around you!

We cannot stress it enough how important it is to maintain social distancing and and to follow rules of signs posted in and around the restaurant.
