Local to East Chicago, Indiana, Chef Kyle first learned about cooking when he was 9 years old from working with his grandmother in the kitchen. Shortly after graduating from high school, he discovered his true passion for cooking from seeing his uncle work as a cook in a hotel connected theater, and he knew he wanted to learn more about how kitchens work. He has been our Chef Manager at the Loop Campus since December, and he brings so much skill and dedication to our team!
