For lunch at Windy City Eats we're spotlighting Chef Howard Nelson! Chef Howard keeps things running at the Lincoln Park Dining Hall and ensures that there's always something for you to enjoy.

Today he's making Spaghetti and Meatballs in a marinara sauce topped with some basil leaves and fresh parmesan for lunch.

At lunch we had our Oktoberfest celebration! We decorated the dining hall and had a themed lunch with specials such as the Currywurst, potato pancakes, soft pretzels, and sauerbraten.

We hope you all enjoyed our take on Oktoberfest and can't wait to see you at our next dining event!

Today we're spotlighting our executive chef, Chef Michael Landini, at the Blue Demon Dining Hall. Chef Mike is the creative force behind our culinary operations at DePaul.

For lunch he crafted a butternut squash ravioli with a sage brown butter cream sauce. If you're quick, you still might be able to try a taste of this special dish before lunch ends!

Yesterday we hosted our Wellness Event that featured local, in season, tomatoes!

We served some fresh tomato lemonade along with some crispy fried green tomato. We hope you enjoyed our unique spin on tomatoes and can't wait to see you at our next event!

Today we officially reopened Sheffield's Coffee on campus!

The event had members of Blue Demon Hospitality and DePaul come together to cut a ceremonial ribbon to symbolize the reopening. To celebrate we served some free samples of coffee and sandwiches while President Manuel handed out free drink vouchers to participants. We have also discounted all our items by 15% for today only to keep the festivities going for those that were not able to attend in the morning.

We look forward to serving you at Sheffield's Coffee! 💙

Tomorrow's ribbon cutting ceremony will start at 9AM and will offer the following promotions.

The first 100 students a free coffee voucher, free samples of coffee and sandwiches from 9am - 11am, and 15% off all orders for the day.
