At Riccardo Trattoria, this is risotto at its most indulgent.

Red Argentine prawns bring a naturally sweet, almost lobster-like flavor and a beautifully robust texture. Beneath them, creamy risotto takes on the deep, savory richness of lobster bisque, while red peppers add just enough sweetness to brighten every bite.

Because it had too many layers.

Lucky for us, those layers are exactly what make it irresistible.
