Tanta is a Peruvian restaurant concept from acclaimed South American Chef Gastón Acurio. Trained in Europe, Chef Gastón returned to Peru after years abroad realizing that the food of Peru could compete on the international stage. He then set out to refine the traditions and bring about a national pride that he could export across the globe.
