The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Gibsons Prime Angus is sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in t

he upper Midwest, corn-fed for up to 120 days and aged for a minimum of 40 days. Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef is sourced from the top 5% of all grass-fed cattle produced in Australia in terms of marbling, flavor and animal welfare. Gibsons also features fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive wine list and exceptional service. Celebrities, Chicago visitors and loyal neighborhood residents enjoy three distinct locations: Chicago, Rosemont and Oak Brook. In 2019, Gibsons was a James Beard Award Semifinalist for Outstanding Service. Gibsons has also been recognized by Bloomberg for serving one of the “Best Steaks in Chicago,” and by USA Today, Eater Chicago, Time Out Chicago and The Infatuation as one of the “Best Steakhouses in Chicago” in 2018. In the 2016 "Best of Chicago'' issue, Chicago magazine readers named Gibsons' burger one of the best in the city.
