Happy Good Friday to everyone 💜
Our collection of veggie dish pictures for Holy Week while Creed plays in the background 😆🙏

Today for those who don’t eat meat on Friday’s we have a few veggie dishes.
Zucchini quesadilla (the zucchini is marinated in our house seasoning blend) let us tell y’all it tastes delicious with red salsa!
We also have cauliflower a quesadilla marinated in a Smokey house seasoning blend, very scrumptious and hearty,
Quesadillas de espinacas (spinach) and a giant veggie burrito, every bite of this burrito is definitely a watery mouth full.

For those who do eat meat you can get these dishes with your choice of meat or give these a try 🫶🏼

We also would like to remind everyone we will be open tomorrow for “Holy a Saturday “ but will be closed on Sunday for “Easter” we will be attending church and spending time with our family. We will see everyone on Tuesday !🌼

Wishing the best chef in the north side Jim (besides our dad) a very Happy Birthday!!!
All the hard tedious work, prepping & hours put into the food that’s made with dedication and love is truly rewarding specially when we have happy customers and our amazing regulars, the days get even better when Jim’s wife and kids comes to visit and put smiles on his face remembering why he works so hard! He only learned from the best ( watching our dad work hard and our mom and all of us learning how to work beside him in the family business since we where little ones.
Jim continues the legacy with the little mini Flores children watching him work and learning little things in the kitchen.

Cheers to Jim and all the hard working small business owners continuing to pursue their dreams, and continuing to grow the family businesses.

Happy birthday Jim!, god bless you with many more happy birthdays full of love, health, and family surrounding you always.

The horse behind the character Spirit in the movie is a real, living equine who is now 29 years old.

DreamWorks chose the young c**t Spirit when he was just a foal. Born to a stallion and mare captured by the BLM in Oregon, Spirit epitomizes the Kiger mustang breed with his striking appearance—wide-set eyes and a thick, wavy, multi-colored mane and tail—which inspired the animated version of the horse that continues to captivate audiences today.

In real life, Spirit mirrors his animated counterpart’s mission by advocating for the preservation of wild horses and their natural habitats. Residing at a sanctuary, Spirit not only enjoys human interaction but also serves as a key ambassador for wild horses, inspiring young people worldwide to learn about America's mustangs and the importance of freedom and protection for all horses.

He resides at the Return to Freedom sanctuary in Santa Barbara County, where he roams 300 acres of pristine California pasture. Spirit plays a crucial role in the sanctuary, educating the public about his breed and promoting the protection of America’s wild horses.

At 29 years old, Spirit enjoys his time at the sanctuary, socializing with other horses and receiving care from his devoted human companions.
