We don’t do much catering these days… BUT WHEN WE DO, YOU KNOW WE GOTTA SHOW OUT. Because if Laos To Your House is pulling up, we’re not coming to play. 😮‍💨🔥

Authentic Lao flavors. Big spreads. Full-on LAO’d out. 🇱🇦

We are HONORED to cater an incredible event celebrating Chef Saeng Saeng Douangdara! He is one of the true pioneers of the Lao food movement and a visionary who continues to shine a spotlight on Laos and our incredible cuisine. Chef Saeng has a gift for storytelling, bringing the rich history, culture, and flavors of Laos to life in a way that inspires and connects people. We’re so grateful to be part of the journey and to help share the story through food. 🫶🏽

A huge thank you to Alliance Française de Chicago Alliance Française de Chicago for hosting such an important and meaningful event, and for creating space to celebrate Lao culture, history, and cuisine.

Here’s to the storytellers, the visionaries, and everyone helping put Laos on the map….one delicious bite at a time! 🇱🇦❤️

Mango Sticky Rice… the Lao way! 🥭🍚🍪🇱🇦

We took on a new weekly corporate catering client, and it’s given me the opportunity to be Baker Stacy! 👩🏽‍🍳 I’ve had fun coming up with new Asian inspired desserts. Today, I made some Mango Sticky Rice cookies! 🥭 🍪 🔥 These cookies took fooooreever, but they’re fire!

All the sweet, coconutty goodness of khao niew, transformed into a perfectly chewy, crispy-edged cookie. 🤤

No Hennessy? 🥃

Then respectfully…we need to discuss whether this is actually a Laotian party. 😂🇱🇦

Lao food? ✅
Music too loud? ✅
Stacy yelling “SHOT!”? 👀
Hennessy? MANDATORY. 😂🔥

It’s not a Lao party until the Henny comes out! 🥃
