We love this ̶p̶u̶n̶ pint so much! The berry jam (cooked, btw) plus the graham cracker almost makes for an inverse pie ala mode feeling. Plus, who doesn't want more ice cream alongside the slice of pie 😉

Weekends are for farmers markets!

Our first market was in 2023 and now in our fourth year, we're up to three markets between Saturday & Sunday. We love chatting with our regulars, but also meeting the first-time market goers!

While lots of people think of markets in the spring and summer, all of our markets go well into October, and one even until the first week of November. With markets spanning over 6-7 months, it's a long season, giving people lots of opportunities to stock up on seasonal produce, and those monthly flavors 😉

We bring a mostly full menu to every market, and on top of that, we have samples for those that need to try before they buy!

Find us at the following markets:
📍Arlington Heights - Saturdays 8am-12pm
📍Palatine - Saturdays 7am -1pm (except July 18)

Pop (Tart), there it is! Brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts, but in ice cream form 😉

We made a cinnamon ice cream (one of our faves since our ice cream scooping days back in high school), then swirled in a cinnamon swirl for that perfect inside replica of a warm, gooey pop tart. Finally, we added shortbread cookies! 🤎

Last night, Abbey + Michael took the term, "golden hour" to a whole new level. Between the sun setting, on the longest day of the year, and a boat full of people celebrating love... talk about a sweet gig. ☀️⛵🍦

We had the honor of scooping for a beautiful wedding on the summer solstice, where the sunset was long, the dance floor stayed full, and the ice cream disappeared fast.

It's Friday, do a little Hokey Pokey💃🏼

While some describe it as "upgraded vanilla," we like to say there's a slight caramel-y swirl throughout the vanilla ice cream from the honeycomb candy. Either way, we think it's delicious.

You've Goat to be Kidding🐐

The one that started it all... When we first put this flavor on the menu as a monthly flavor, it had a blueberry jam swirl. Then we kept getting more requests to do it again. BUT we couldn't do just blueberry jam forever. So when we added it to the year-round menu, it had to make it with a "seasonal jam or swirl". Currently it's back to the OG: blueberry jam, but we'll be switching it up again veryyyy soon.

Other jam/swirl iterations have been: cherry jam, balsamic glaze, honey, mixed berry jam, and raspberry jam.

When the London Fog comes rolling in... we grab a spoon. ☁️

It may be too hot in Chicago today, which makes it a perfect day to grab that pint out of the freezer 😉

Once upon a time, this flavor was on the menu year round. It's since undergone a name change (original name: Count of Earl Grey), and become more of the occasional monthly flavor. The milk and cream are infused with the Earl Grey tea, before we spin and pint it up. It's giving tea, but the "make it summer" version.
