Curated by Executive Chef Guenther Moreno, the Torali menu features traditional dishes that are elevated with seasonal, Midwest flavors. Executive Pastry Chef Toni Roberts, a Jean Banchet Award winner, draws inspiration from seasonality, simplicity, and her culinary adventures in casual and Michelin star dining rooms for her creations.
