We won’t put anything on your plate that we wouldn’t feed our own family — period. Every ingredient that goes into every dish on our menu is intentionally selected. As a matter of fact, we import a lot of our ingredients right from Italy. We choose our produce and meats based on the sustainability and regenerative practices of each farm. Our mission is to level up bar food while still keeping it approachable. Food that’s actually good for you shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg and you should feel good when you dine out, even at your neighborhood bar. At Pro Shop Pizza Co., we want you to feel confident in the food you’re eating, and you deserve to know what’s on your plate. We look forward to serving you soon!

If you scroll by this picture without smashing that like button, I’m just going to assume you hate pizza! 😄

Chicago is a city well-known for its pizza, but we wanted to break the mold a bit by doing things a bit differently. If you haven’t tried sourdough-based thin crust pizza yet, you are missing out! A lot of places cut corners to avoid maintaining a live culture starter for their dough—but not us. We take zero shortcuts when it comes to preparation and ingredient quality, and you should hold those same expectations for any restaurant you choose to visit. Patrons deserve transparency about what they’re being served, plain and simple. Pizza doesn’t have to feel like a cheat meal when it’s made the right way!

With a very curated, intentional roster of topping combinations, you are sure to find something you love here at Pro Shop Pizza Co. In a city well-known for its pizza, we wanted to break the mold a bit by doing things a little bit differently. If you haven’t tried sourdough-based thin crust pizza yet, you might be missing out! Absolutely nothing we offer our patrons is purchased ‘off the shelf’—every single thing we serve is made in-house, from the giardinera to the ketchup to the hot honey. We cut zero corners when it comes to preparation and ingredient quality, and you should hold those same expectations for any restaurant you choose to visit.
