Our team from Pescadero Seafood & Oyster Bar was proud to represent Vandalay Brands at Best Bites for Bounce 2026, serving our crab cake sliders in support of the incredible work of the Bounce Children’s Foundation.

Even more special, Chef Mauricio Gomez, Executive Chef of Pescadero and Director of Culinary for Vandalay Brands, was honored with the “Exceptionally Well Composed Bite” award for the dish. 👏

Grateful to be part of a hospitality community that shows up to support children and families facing pediatric chronic illness.
