A coffee blend we bring directly from Europe, crafted for bold espresso drinks and affogatos. Paulo Numero Uno combines beans from Honduras, Brazil, and India ā€” creating a rich, full-bodied profile with depth and intensity.

Naturally occurring tasting notes of dried cranberry, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate give the blend a balanced sweetness, low acidity, and a long cocoa finish. The Brazilian beans bring smoothness and body, Honduras adds subtle fruitiness, while the Indian Robusta gives extra crema, structure, and that classic Italian-style espresso character.

Designed to shine both on its own and paired with gelato ā€” especially in our affogatos. Thick crema, bold flavor, and enough intensity to cut through cold gelato while still staying smooth and balanced. Available every day at our shop.
