We’re OVER THE MOON for Yoshi and Nobuko’s daughter, Mari, and her new restaurant! 🥰

Eater Chicago made the announcement this week about SHŌ, which is scheduled to open on August 12th. Of course, Nobuko is glowing over this new venture, extending the Japanese lineage of Yoshi's and showcasing Mari's own Michelin-starred touch to this exciting new omakase at 1533 N. Wells Street.

"She feels that “39 years of eating Japanese food” — mostly cooked by her parents — gives her a unique perspective on the cuisine."
