was our first home that we have nothing but gratitude towards! 🥹 They took a chance on a concept that never existed and yet became the fabric of what defines Chicago cuisine! We had some amazing moments filled with memories that will last forever 💖 Meeting so many amazing customers that we now call our fellow Polombians. 🙏 Thank you for showing us the ropes of what hospitality truly looks like.
