Chef Bill Kim's Pizza & Parm Shop Chef Bill Kim’s Pizza & Parm Shop is a new virtual restaurant based out of Chicago. Salads such as a chopped Caesar salad and wings are available as well.

Available exclusively for takeout through DoorDash, this pop-up offers a chance to experience Chef Bill Kim’s menu of flavors that defy borders. The CBK Pizza & Parm Shop menu spotlights Detroit-style pizza, known for its signature square shape and caramelized cheese crust. In addition to pizza, the menu features a classic chicken parmesan entrée and chicken parmesan sandwiches. Hours are 4 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.

We want to extend a huge thank you to our Pizza & Parm lovers here in Wicker Park for your support of our pop-up restaurant this past year.

Starting this Sunday, we will be closing our virtual doors, but not to worry, we will still be popping up again, including the new Purdue University union opening next year, along with four other Cornerstone Restaurant Group concepts.

You may also see us pop up again at the Urbanbelly kitchen for your pizza fix soon, but until then, make sure to place your favorite order by this Sunday!
