This tomato broth is a classic hotpot broth, giving the tangy, refreshing feeling. Especially if you are a tomato lover, it also has chicken flavor in there and it makes all the vegetables taste more playful. One thing I like about this tomato broth is I will put a little green onion in one sauce bowl and put the soup in it to start my whole meal as a little warm up.
