If you aren’t planning your very special Valentine’s date at Beard & Belly + Honeypie, then what ARE you doing? 🧐

Our Cherry Pie class is EXACTLY what your date is looking for: sugar, spice, and everything nice. Secure your love and romance your date over a lovely butter dough and Door County cherry pie filling.

For $160, you can get all this and a couple of drinks at the bar to start your night off strong. And if you happen to work up an appetite, we’ve got dinner available too.

WHILE WE’RE ON THE TOPIC of pie, remember to place your special pie order for your special friend, because nothing is sweeter than a shared slice (or entire pie). Preorders must be placed by 2/11 in order to get them to you by date night.

Our mothership reminded us how amazing our biscuits are so we decided to take this moment to share these golden flakey layers in your feed to brighten up your gloomy day.

They may not be made with French Butter, but they are made with 100% LOVE, and are EASILY the best biscuits on the market (okay we're biased but we really do thinks so, )

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until the weekend to sink your teeth into these nuggets golden nuggets, as they're only available for BRUNCH in our B&B B&G or as a side with our yummy homemade seasonal jam.

As for the logistics...
✴︎ Each 11" pie serves 8-12 people
✴︎ Price varies by flavor
✴︎ Pickup dates are Sun 11/19 - Wed 11/22 AND Fri 11/24 - Sun 11/26 (during normal restaurant hours)
✴︎ Orders must be placed 48 HOURS PRIOR TO PICKUP, however pre-orders may close closer to Thanksgiving due to popular demand & availability.

We know you’ve got questions, so here’s the FAQ:
🥧 is it really the 8th year? You’ve only been open since 2020
YES! The Championship started up in Milwaukee at the original , but this is its FIRST year in Chicago. WooHoo!

🥧 who can submit a pie?
Pie entries can be made by anyone! Young and old, individuals and families.

🥧 what’s the schedule for the day?
Saturday, October 7th
10am-12pm : Pie Drop Off
12pm-2pm : Judging
2pm-3pm : Scoring
3/3:30pm : Winner Announced!

🥧 do I have to be present to win?
No, but we recommend it so you can revel in all your glory + pickup all your prizes.

🥧 what do I get if I win?
Winners of their categories will be asked to share their recipes to be baked by the Honeypie Bakeshop and potentially featured as a Pies of the Month in 2024. Winners of Best in Show from Milwaukee and Chicago will move on to compete for Best in the Midwest. You’ll also get a commemorative handmade poster and some other pretty sweet pie related stuffs.
