Welcome to all the new followers! I have a question for you all.

This page has been active for 18 years, and during that time I lived in Memphis, TN. My audience has always been about 96% women.

Now I’ve been living in Illinois for one year, and suddenly I’ve gained 80+ new followers — 95% Black men, with most of them from Memphis. 😆

Whew… now how did that happen?

I’m also receiving quite a few private messages with flyers that have my picture splattered all over and also being shared around Memphis. Thank you for the invitations, but I will not be attending anyone’s Birthday/Divorce Party. 😂

My daughter was my 1st born child and is off to be an adult. No longer living under my roof. I miss her already. Sydney is ready! It won’t be easy, but she will make it, because she has God, a strong support system, her brother and a mother that tried her very best to give her my best every day.

🩷Most people know I was inducted into the Hall of Fame for gymnastics and Illinois State Gymnastics Champion, but many don’t know that at 16, I tried diving only because it complemented gymnastics.

✅After just 4 months of practice, I entered my first competition and belly flopped all 4 dives. 😆 Didn’t even place on the podium! My adrenaline completely overpowered me. I had to learn how to slow my mind and body down. In gymnastics, I knew how to control power and release the beast — diving required something different.

💛A month later, I became Illinois State Diving Champion and was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

✅My entire diving career lasted 5 months before I got bored and walked away. I went on to college gymnastics and accepted a full-ride scholarship.

💜Now, 31 years later, I decided to revisit diving just for fun. This video was only my second day back at practice after three decades away.

✅One thing I’ve realized about myself… I’ll never run out of passions, talents, or new ways to reinvent myself. Life with me is never boring, which is probably why I genuinely enjoy my own company. 😆
