We are happy to share some very exciting news with you.

We have been featured in
RestaurantNews. com regarding our future. You can find a link to the official press release in the comments.

At the end of last summer, we made the decision as a family to not let the legacy of Enzo’s & The Carmelcorn Shop fade away. While we have made the decision to step away from owning and operating family run stores in the immediate future, we felt it is only right to let that legacy continue to live on through you- our friends, our family, and our customers.

With that being said, we are excited to announce the official launch of Enzo’s & Carmelcorn Shops franchise opportunities.

Last year we partnered with FMS Franchise Group to revive and relaunch the Enzo’s & Carmelcorn Shop Brand. FMS has an extensive track record working with National household names such as Rosati’s Pizza, Jimmy Johns, Marco’s Pizza, Culver’s, and many, many more.

While our family is hanging up our aprons, we are excited to help you put yours on, and coach you and your family how to own and operate your very own Enzo’s & Carmelcorn in your community.

As you may already know, this past year we sadly lost both Enzo, and “Mrs. Carmelcorn” Juanita Tribo.

To honor their legacy and to celebrate their lives, we will be holding a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 5th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home.

Following the celebration of life, a private burial will take place for family for both Enzo and Juanita.

We welcome all who wish to pay their respects and share memories of Enzo and Juanita. Please join us as we remember and celebrate their remarkable lives.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Enzo Tribo

He was a true icon in our community, known for his warm smile, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to serving the best Italian beef and sausage.
Enzo was more than just a businessman; he was a friend to all who walked through his doors. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, whether they were a regular customer or a first-time visitor. His passion for his craft and his love for the community were evident in everything he did. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, loyal customers, and the entire Chicago Heights community.
Enzo's Beef & Sausage and the Carmelcorn Shop were his pride and joy, and he poured his heart and soul into making them special places.

On behalf of the Tribo family, we want to thank all of you for your years of support, and for making Enzo’s & Carmelcorn such a special place.

Hi everyone- today we wanted to address some FAQ’s regarding our holiday catering.

FAQ: Is this only available for Christmas Eve? Or can I order for other days as well?

Answer: Our Holiday Catering menu will be available every day from today until the end of the year.

FAQ: It says all orders placed for 12/24 will be cold, will my order be delivered cold if placed for a different day?

Answer: No, unless otherwise requested. All orders scheduled for a Christmas Eve delivery will be delivered cold with reheating instructions. Orders scheduled for any other day will be delivered hot and ready to eat unless otherwise requested.

FAQ: Can I pick my order up in person?

Answer: We are renting out a commercial kitchen space, meaning we will be offering catering orders for delivery only.

FAQ: How much notice do you need in advanced for an order?

Answer: We require minimum 48 hours notice for all catering orders. So please schedule your catering order as early as possible!

FAQ: How do I place an order?!

Answer: Please message our page to schedule your catering delivery. We are working to offer an online ordering page, but until then please message us on Facebook!

FAQ: Will this be cash only?

Answer: Nope! We will be accepting cash, card, and Zelle payments for orders.

If there are any questions we failed to answer- please shoot us a message and we’ll be glad to help!

Friends and Family-

Due to popular demand- and also because we can’t help but feel disappointed that not everyone who stopped by were able to enjoy Enzo’s sandwich- we will be back at Paulie’s Pub next Saturday, November 23rd for Round 2! With that being said we want to address a few things heading into this next pop up that we learned from our last one.

1. This event will be from 12pm- 5pm OR until sold out! Please remember this is a pop up - we have limited space to work with, and can only safely store so much product. This will be first come first serve!

2. This event will be cash only. There is an ATM on site that is available for use.

3. Please have patience and practice kindness to those working the event. We experienced very high demand during our last pop up and anticipate the same for this one. Give your order some time. Grab a beer or cocktail at the bar, take in the atmosphere, and enjoy yourself.
Good food, good company, and coming together as a community is what this is all about.

We’re looking forward to seeing you again this Saturday!

Thank you to everyone who made it out to our pop up today. We are officially sold out. The tremendous support from the community really means a lot to our family. We fully intend on having another pop up very very soon so we are able to serve those who didn’t make it in time. We’re looking forward to seeing you again. Very soon!
