I’m out at the Capitol today serving up your favorite All-American wieners and celebrating Independence Day the best way I know how—good food and great people!

Unfortunately, I have to close today due to an unexpected cooler failure. Because I can’t safely keep my ingredients at the required temperatures, I can’t open until it’s repaired. A technician is already on the way, and I’m working to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

The good news is I fully expect to be back and ready to serve everyone on July 4th! Thank you all for your understanding and support. I’ll keep you posted if anything changes, and I can’t wait to see everyone at the Capitol on the 4th!
