About Us

Found on the islands of the Philippines, a nipa hut (also known as a bahay kubo) is a little house created with nipa leaves and bamboo. Most of the time these huts are built around a vegetable garden or out in the field as a place to rest, eat a meal, and enjoy the company of friends and family. Our version of a nipa hut is built on the high plains of Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA and serves Filipino food. Since 2013, we’ve been operating a food truck at local events during the summers. On December 12, 2019 we opened our first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 4014 Central Ave, right by Lions Park. You can visit us at our new location Mon-Sat 11:00am - 8:00pm.
