Hello everyone! We normally serve pizza until 8:00 PM on Sundays, but we’ve officially sold out for tonight.

Over the last three days, we’ve gone through 600 lbs of cheese, and unfortunately, we couldn’t find enough of the premium cheese we use from our local suppliers.
You can still order our sandwiches, salads, and pepperoni rolls tonight.
The good news is that our friend John is bringing us a fresh delivery tomorrow, so we’ll be fully stocked and ready to reopen with pizza on Tuesday.
Thank you all for your incredible support and understanding—we truly appreciate every one of you! 🍕❤️

How do you thank these great young ladies for helping me out today?

I figured some delicious crepes would be a good way to show my appreciation. We even had a little competition to see who could make the nicest one. My wife Anika joined us as well, so our baby girl could have her first little taste of crepes too. ❤️

Hello everyone!
Today we had the pleasure of hosting Cheyenne kids for a tour of our pizzeria and restaurant. We showed them how we make our dough, prepare pizzas, and gave them the opportunity to be creative and make their own pizzas.
This is also the reason we will not be open this Frontier Days Monday. I wanted to make sure the kids had a safe and enjoyable experience. When we are open and extremely busy, it is not the best environment for children to be around hot ovens, grills, and a fast paced kitchen.
Thank you for understanding, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share what we do with the Cheyenne community! ❤️😃

It was an honor for Toni and me to spend part of our Monday making pizzas for our local Sheriff’s Department. Thank you to the Sheriff and all deputies for your service, sacrifice, and dedication to keeping Cheyenne and Laramie County safe. As an expecting father, I’m especially grateful to live in such a safe community. We appreciate everything you do for all of us. ❤️🍕🇺🇸

Hello, everyone!

We have a new cowboy in the Mondello family! 🤠
Ben recently joined our team, and this is his very first job.
Yesterday, as often happens in the restaurant business, we had five team members call off. Without hesitation, Ben stepped up and helped wherever he was needed. He answered the phones, made drinks, cleared tables, and kept everything moving with a great attitude.
For someone on his very first job, he did an outstanding job, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his hard work and willingness to help.
Let’s give Ben a big thumbs-up and a warm welcome to the Mondello family! 😃
