Good evening everyone,
Today was one of those days that reminds me how fast time passes.
Many of our employees stopped by after their graduation ceremonies to take pictures, show off their caps and gowns, and let me see how sharp they looked. I have to admit, I was very close to shedding a tear.
Some of these young men and women have been with me for more than three years. I remember them as a young teenagers walking through our doors for their first shifts. They worked hard, helped us build this restaurant and pizzeria, learned responsibility, and became an important part of our Mondello family.
Now I look at them and see confident young adults, ready for new adventures, new experiences, and the next chapter of their lives.
I couldn’t be more proud of every single one of them.
Congratulations from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your hard work, your loyalty, and for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. The future is bright, and I know you will do great things.
