Yerbellies faithful...
It has been a while since there has been an update.
Due to old, plaguing injuries from my navy days, it has helped forced the retirement life, and closing the window for Yerbellies for the last time. It has been an amazing run and we are thankful for everyone that supported us.
A special shout out to Beach Please Drink Company, 307 Hatchet House, Capital Lumber Company, Cash-Wa Direct Cheyenne, Wyoming, Cheyenne Dog Food Company, LLC, Tail Waggers & Wash, and every other small business that supported us over the past year.
Thank you to the amazing people that helped with our fund raisers for Veterans' Rock Cheyenne and ForMak. Support and remember our veterans and protect our future generations of children!
We can't thank our faithful BBQ fans enough that made every minute that the window was open, simply amazing! THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
To our families and daughters that put up with two guys that loved BBQ and wanted to share that with the world... You were the backbones that kept us upright when we were exhausted! Our love for you will never be enough to repay for your dedication to help us make this happen.
To the food truck family that we have met... love you all and keep on keepin on! Bernie's Cafe, Madflavors Food Truck, Jessie’s Trailer, Tumbleweed Tacos, Queso's Kitchen, Sancho's Corn, Rolln 50s Walk-Up Diner, The munchin moose express, (can't find The Hungry House to tag them) and the rest of them out there. Keep supporting them because all of us count on all of you!
And finally... an extra shout out to the guy that put in countless hours of his home time to make sure the smoker was working properly, meats were prepped, sides were hot, grocery lists were made and purchased, just to be able to serve smiles out the window. Your efforts are still appreciated!!

Friends, family and our loyal BBQ fans...
For the first time in nearly the year that we have been up and running, the food truck has experienced its first technical difficulties. Unfortunately this means that we will not be out for our regularly scheduled day on Tuesday or our added day on Wednesday. We are very hopeful to get back up and running very soon. We apologize for any inconveniences, and as always, thanks for the love and support!

Your patience this week, while we at Yerbellies went on a frantic search for another supplier for turkey legs, is going to be rewarded to those that show up early. Our new supplier was able to get us four cases of turkey legs. These things are CAVEMAN massive. We have approximately 60 of them available for lunch service on Saturday. They are going to go fast! Our new supplier has a better product but a little higher price, but we are still going to beat anyone in town. We are doing these at our cost for purchase and smoking. It is to say thanks to all of the locals that follow us and did their part to keep us busy this week.
We are hoping they are done and we can set up by noon at the old airport parking lot on 8th Ave. Get there early!

We had a customer come and buy us out of all of our turkey legs and thighs for a party that she is hosting. We are trying to locate another supplier to get more for the rest of the week. If anyone knows of a place, let us know and we will bring them back to the menu ASAP!

We got you covered. Turkey legs for just $8!! Add a turkey thigh for just $3. Ribs for $$$$🤬 amounts? Not here. A full rack is not $50, not $40, but $30 here.
