Today we want to give a very special shoutout to someone who means so much to Choo Choo Moo — Mandie. 🐮🍦💕

Mandie is moving on from Choo Choo Moo, and while we are so excited for her as she starts this next chapter, we are going to miss her more than words can say.

She was there from the very beginning and helped start up this special place that has become so much more than just an ice cream truck. She helped build the heart, the memories, and the magic that make Choo Choo Moo what it is today. 💗

Mandie has poured so much love, time, hard work, laughter, and kindness into this little dream, and we will forever be grateful for everything she has done. She has touched so many people along the way, and her presence will truly leave a space that can never be filled.

Thank you, Mandie, for helping us get Choo Choo Moo rolling. 🐮🚂🍦 Thank you for believing in it, loving it, and helping make it what it is today.

We love you, we appreciate you, and we are going to miss you so incredibly much. ❤️

Hey Choo Choo Moo lovers! With the season coming to an end and our flavors dwindling away. We have decided that our last day of business for this season will be August 31, 2025. Hours will be Today-Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-9pm.
Flavors still available are Lemon Chiffon, Cottonwood Candy, It's My Party, Mango Sorbet and Farmhouse Sunrise.
