After nearly 3 amazing years, our lease in Bethesda, MD, is not being renewed. Our last days at this location are approaching, July 31st 2025, and while it’s hard to say goodbye, we are so proud of everything we’ve built — with YOU.
Since October 2022, we’ve had the immense joy of serving a community that truly embraced us — not just in Bethesda, but far beyond. Over the years, we’ve welcomed thousands of customers from all across the country: from Miami to New York City, L.A. to Alaska — celiacs, food lovers, travelers, and locals who made Josephine part of their journey. 💛
We are deeply proud to have brought high-quality, gluten-free pastries and baked goods to the table — always crafted with care, precision, and purpose.
