Good evening, everyone! ❤️

My mom and I have always strived to be upfront and honest with our customers, and that’s something we’ve been committed to since taking ownership of Hope & Anchor nearly 10 years ago. Because of that, we wanted to share this news with you ahead of time so no one is caught off guard tomorrow.

Tomorrow, we will officially be listing Hope & Anchor for sale, including both the building and the coffee shop.

I don’t think this will come as a complete surprise to many of you. My mom and I have been going back and forth on this decision for the past couple of years as we’ve considered what the next season of life might look like for us. We’ve had a few inquiries along the way, but nothing has come together, so we feel that now is the right time to take this next step and officially list.

We are praying that God brings the right person to Hope & Anchor—someone who will love this community as much as we do, carry on what we’ve built, and grow H&A in ways that we may not be able to in this season of life.

But please know that listing Hope & Anchor for sale does not mean anything is changing day to day! We know that businesses can be on the market for months or even years, and until the right opportunity comes along, we will continue doing what we love: serving delicious coffee, caring for our customers, improving our menu and space, and giving this community the very best experience we can.

Hope & Anchor has been such a special part of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful for the love, support, friendships, and memories this community has given us over the years. This decision certainly hasn’t been an easy one, and we don’t take lightly all that H&A means to so many of you.

Thank you for taking the time to read this update, for understanding, and for continuing to support us however you can. We truly love and appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️

We truly feel so blessed to receive this honor, and we know this award isn’t just because of my mom and me. It belongs to our amazing staff, who pour so much heart into Hope & Anchor every single day, and to YOU — our incredible customers who voted for us, continue to walk through our doors, and support us year after year.

Thank you for choosing us, supporting us, cheering us on, and awarding us with this title. We do not take it lightly. We are incredibly grateful for every single person who has been part of the Hope & Anchor story. ❤️
