We will be taking the month of July off from our KB Market dinner series due to an increase in private dining, catering, and special events. Thank you for your continued support as Hedgerow Dining continues to grow.

This June, Hedgerow Dining brings together the flavors of the Chesapeake and the precision of Japanese cuisine for an intimate five-course tasting experience at KB Market in Kennedyville.

Inspired by my years working with handmade pasta, coastal ingredients, and technique-driven cooking, Tide & Ember explores the intersection of Eastern Shore seafood and Asian flavors through a menu built around seasonality, balance, and craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, I won't be at the Chestertown Farmers Market this week due to illness.

Tickets are still available for our Tide & Ember Dinner, and we'd love to see you there.

If you're looking for Hedgerow products this weekend, they're available at Red Acres Farm Market while we're away.

We'll be back at the market next week with fresh pastas, take-and-bake favorites, and more.

Another incredible weekend of wine dinners at Hedgerow Dining. Thank you to everyone who came out, shared bottles, supported local ingredients, and trusted us to create these experiences. The energy in the room this week was something special, and we’re beyond grateful for the continued support.
Next up: our Japanese-inspired tasting menu at KB Market, June 4–6. Seats are already moving quickly for all three nights. Expect a refined multi-course experience inspired by coastal Japan, Chesapeake ingredients, and the style of dining we love most.
