**📸 A Bittersweet Farewell with a Heart Full of Gratitude 🌭❤️**

Today, we are turning the page on our sausage-making journey. It’s been a rollercoaster ride filled with flavors, mistakes turned into masterpieces, and incredible connections. Our decision to pause this chapter stems from the desire to spend more precious time with family. The aroma of sizzling sausages and camaraderie of the barbecue community will always have a place in our hearts. Remember, this isn’t goodbye forever; think of it as us temporarily hanging the “gone fishing” sign on our window. 🎣

A massive thank you to the wonderful team, past and present, at . Your hospitality and trust allowed us a space to share our passion and craft with the community.

A special nod to my brother and mentor, . Your guidance has been invaluable, and I am excited for the adventures we will undoubtedly embark on in the future.

To my family, your dedication and hard work brought something unique to the community—a new level of quality and experience. I’m forever grateful to all of you for standing by my side.

With 5 years in the bag here are some predictions for the next 5…at year 10 we will have 4 employees who will have been with us for 10 years and 5 who will have been with us for over 5 years! Frankie’s Bangers will be a national brand of sausage! MashCraft will be in their 15th year of making amazing beer! Our 10th annual Come Together event will be just a little smaller than the Wizard of Oz fests of the past! The Chesterton European Market will continue to be the best market in the Midwest! And 219 Taproom will still have the absolute best customers in the world! WE LOVE YOU ALL!

🌟 Breakfast Bliss at Uptown Cafe 🌟

Shoutout to Beth for recommending this gem! Tried out for the first time this morning and I’m blown away. 😍 The biscuits and gravy were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had—total flavor explosion! And let’s not forget the latte—absolutely on point. ☕✨

The atmosphere was just perfect for a cozy breakfast date with my wife, surrounded by excellent service and friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back for more! 🥐❤️
