Village Creamery has EXPANDED our hours and we’re excited to serve up even more scoops, sundaes, flurries, and smiles all week long!

Open until 9:00 PM — or until the last person in line has been served!

Whether you’re stopping by after the lake, after dinner, after a ball game, or just because ice cream sounds like a good idea (it always does 😉), we’ve got you covered.

Oh my my! Maple Creamees are BACK!!!! I placed a service call yesterday with no idea when exactly they would be coming but Doug from Taylor of New England showed up bright & early this morning. He & my husband have been working ALL DAY LONG on the machine just barely finished! Just look at this marvelous MAPLE 🍁cone (yes, it’s made with REAL MAPLE SYRUP🤩)!!Currently can be swirled with vanilla but stay tuned for a surprise flavor combination!! Any guesses what it will be???

After a week of rain, fog, damp sweatshirts & weather-induced emotional instability… it FINALLY feels like ice cream season again 🍦😂

After what feels like the longest wait EVER… we are FINALLY OPEN for the season!! And honestly? The rain just makes the our rustic shop feel even cozier.😏

We’ve already had a few of our favorite taste testers stop by today, and we can’t wait to see lots more happy faces, sticky fingers, ice cream grins & satisfied cravings all weekend long!

So grab your people, throw on a hoodie if needed, and come celebrate opening weekend with us—because ice cream season waits for NO ONE around here.🍨✨

🍦 HEY CHESTERFIELD… YOU’VE BEEN ASKING 👀 🍦

Sooo… here it is.
Village Creamery is FINALLY opening this week!

🗓 Hours (for now):
Thursday – Sunday | 12 PM – 8 PM

We’re planning to stick with these hours each week as we get rolling…rest assured, they will increase as more staffing settles in!

But let’s be honest—
You’ve all been asking non-stop when we’re opening…

👉 Well… now it’s your turn ➡️SHOW UP & fill your bellies & satisfy that sweet tooth!😏🍦

We’ve been behind the scenes hiring, training, scheduling, and pulling this all together (and yes… we found some pretty awesome daytime help 🙌), so we’re ready to get this place buzzing.

That said—give us a some grace while we fine-tune things and get our new crew fully up to speed. Good things are happening… they just might come with a tiny learning curve at first 😉

Alright Chesterfield… let’s talk 🍦

I KNOW you’re all waiting (and asking 😅) when Village Creamery is opening…

Here’s the honest scoop:
👉 The shop is ready
👉 I am ready
👉 The ice cream is VERY ready

But… I need a few daytime superstars to make it happen!

Right now I’m stacked with my awesome after-school crew, but until school gets out, I’m short on daytime help — and I can’t be in two places at once (as much as I try 😅).

If you’ve got a few hours during the day and want a fun, upbeat place to work (and yes… unlimited temptation 🍦), I’d LOVE to hear from you.

Think: flexible daytime shifts, great vibes, and getting out of the house for a bit — even just a couple days a week!

BUT… don’t worry — we’ve got scoops & scoops of tasty fun planned for the upcoming ice cream season 🍦✨

We may be seasonal, but trust us… it’ll be worth the wait. Spring will come, our freezers will be as cold as the weather is today, and the cones will be flowing before you know it 💛

This Sunday (October 5th) will be our LAST DAY OF THE 2025 SEASON, and as we scoop our final cones our hearts are filled with gratitude.

This year, you’ve made Village Creamery more than just an ice cream shop—you’ve made it a gathering place filled with laughter, friendship and community. Every visit, every smile, every story shared over a cone has meant the world to us.

We’lil miss seeing all of you this winter, but we look forward to welcoming you back next season with even more sweetness to share.
