Led by Executive Chef Aaron Baggett, EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery is a modern casual restaurant creating and serving inventive American cuisine and affordable fine wine from America and abroad. EdgeWild is locally owned and operated, with its executive chef, owners and staff hailing from St. With a love of wine, passion for amazing food and combined years of experience, they came together to creat

e a unique dining experience reminiscent of wine country but with proud local roots. As we say, "While we can't fly you to wine country, we can give you the experience." Our menu features rich, bold flavors and uses fresh products and ingredients grown and raised locally. Each entrée has a recommended wine pairing and some our dishes have added twists like wine infusion. We offer a wide variety of American fine wine, including the EdgeWild name and label wine that has been sourced from select high-end winemakers in California, Oregon, Washington State and Missouri. We also offer international wines from Italy, France, Argentina, New Zealand and Germany. A bonded winery also operates within the restaurant in the Barrel Room, where wine is aged in 10 custom-made French and Missouri oak barrels. We feature live music on Fridays from 5-7 p.m. EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery has been featured in Sauce Magazine, Feast, Town & Style, Ladue News, St. Louis Magazine, ALIVE, Out & About Magazine, which voted it "Best New Restaurant," KSDK, KTVI FOX2 and Metromix. EdgeWild was also voted "Diners' Choice Winner" by OpenTable within its first few months of operation. EdgeWild has also been recognized nationally by Urbanspoon for having one of the top gluten-free menus in the country. Our hours are:
11am - 9pm, Mondays - Thursdays
11am - 10am, Fridays & Saturdays
