Oishi, pronounced O-EE-SHEE, is a Japanese word that means "delicious." We take our name to heart, preparing fresh, flavorful dishes with the finest ingredients and a striking presentation. Coupled with our excellent service and refined, yet casually modern ambiance, we take Oishi from a simple Japanese word to an outstanding dining experience. For sushi lovers, our large variety of the freshest and highest quality fish is sure to impress. We offer everything from staples like salmon, tuna, and yellowtail to rarer specialties like sea urchin and fatty tuna. Not in the mood for sushi? Just let our full range of lunch and dinner entrees tempt your palette. From favorites like tempura and teriyaki to traditional-style Japanese hotpots like sukiyaki and yosenabe, our diverse menu truly has something for everyone. This all is the culmination of much planning and hard work by Mr. Suchin Prapaisilp and our head chef Jay Dedkhad.

USDA tenderloin. Butter. Fire. That's it, that's the post. Our Filet Mignon is the kind of dish that ends arguments about where to go for date night.
