Today we lost someone very special to our restaurant family.
Our manager, Sissy, passed away last night.

Sissy worked with strength, integrity, and dedication until the very end, even when her body could no longer keep up. She gave more than what was asked of her, every single day. Many people believed she was the owner of the restaurant that’s how deeply she cared, how responsible she was, and how much pride she took in her work.

She was honest, hardworking, and genuinely good to everyone around her. Her presence, leadership, and heart will not be replaced.

We are grateful for everything she gave us.
She will always be part of this place.

Rest in peace, Sissy.
