We're so happy everyone was so eager to spend this beautiful Sunday with us, but one of the troubles with our dedication to making everything from scratch is that sometimes things just run out. We've decided to close down our kitchen for the remainder of the day. However, everyone is more than welcome to come in for coffee, dessert, or just to hang out. We told you we had plans for that pork shoulder! The Cuban is a time-honored classic and with good reason, too. Slow roasted pork shoulder, combined with ham, melt swiss, dijon mustard, and housemade pickles. We've given it our Pren Café spin by serving it on our housemade focaccia!

Our Summer Fusion salad features a delicious blend of flavors with mixed greens with fresh corn and black bean salsa, avocado, crispy fried wontons, and a siracha mayonnaise dressing with just enough kick to give your taste buds that pleasant tingle.
