Our amazing, brave, dear Uncle (Brother) Reggie has passed away after a long, courageous, and hard-fought battle with cancer. To know Reggie was to love him—He was funny, kind, silly, and could strike up a conversation with anyone. To say there is a void in all of our hearts that will be hard to fill is an understatement, but we find comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain and is at peace. ♥️ The youngest son of Bill & Barbara Crowley, Jeremiah “Reggie” Reagan Crowley was a life-long Ironian, growing up down the street from Bill’s at the family farm on Ironia Road. A wild child—Reggie’s love for fun-mischief started at an early age and he could often be found at the farm or the store causing mayhem (lovingly)! 🤣 With Bill’s passing in 2006, he proudly stepped up to take over the family legacy running Bill’s Luncheonette until 2012, when he transitioned from short-order/owner to public servant, handing Bill’s care to his nephew, Bruce. At that time, Reggie proudly served as an officer for the Morris Township Police Department, before coming back “home” to join Randolph’s police force in 2014, loving the opportunity to serve in his community and work with the local department, eventually becoming a Sergeant this winter, 2026.
In all that time, he married his best friend, Shannon in 2006, and the two of them built a beautiful life together at the farm—There were no two people he loved more than his wife, Shannon and his daughter, Ryan. Please hold them, and all who loved Reggie, in your hearts and in your prayers and be sure to give a little honk when you pass by the luncheonette this week. We will be closed this Thursday & Friday, August 20th and 21st to honor and lay Reggie to rest, and will post business hours for the remainder of the weekend should they change. Rest easy, Uncle Regg. We love you and will have endless Face Feasts in your honor until the end of time. 🥞💔
