Can you guess how many minutes in real time it took to go from the beginning to end of this video? This is a practice cake I keep in the freezer and it was completely frozen when I set it out.

My cakes and cupcakes are made with real butter and as you can see they WILL melt if they’re left out in the heat! Make sure that you’re transporting them in an air conditioned car (preferably on the front passenger side floor) and keep them in the fridge until about an hour before you’re ready to serve them!

As the go to dessert person for family parties, I needed to use up some extra buttercream yesterday but didn’t have time to make a whole cake. So I landed on this cookie cake instead. I’ve always said I’m not a cookie maker, but if I can decorate it then maybe I’ll change my mind 👀 Classic chocolate chip for the flavor and dye-free buttercream!

Using this bright box of blooms to remind you that you can request filling with your cupcakes! I don’t get many requests for filled cupcakes so maybe I need to market it more or maybe people just don’t like filled cupcakes, idk 😂
But anyway, these jumbo florals were part of a Baby in Bloom shower set - one dozen funfetti with chocolate ganache filling and one dozen lemon with blueberry preserve filling. Mix and match any of the cupcake and filling flavors on my menu to make your own combo!
