Dear friends, dates are now posted for our fifth season at Esmeralda, and tickets go on sale TODAY FRIDAY APRIL 18th AT NOON!!!
Once again, we are honored to open our doors at Esmeralda. We started this journey many years ago, and we feel the dream of coming together and communing as one is even more important today than ever before. And so, here’s to another magical season at Esmeralda full of love and gratitude towards the Pachamama and to each of you who joins us and supports us!

Dear friends, today is a day of gratitude as we share the news that tickets for Esmeralda are now SOLD OUT for the 2022 season! We are so grateful for your support and the outpour of love. For those still hoping to join us but were unable to secure a ticket, there is a Notify Me list on RESY to add your name in case of cancellations. Also, we may have additional surprise events during the summer, please add your name to our Subscriber list to stay tuned! SO thrilled to be included in Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America 2021, gracias for this incredible honor!!!!

A year ago we weren't sure we'd be able to open our doors to the public, a dream of ours to receive people in our own home. We launched in June, with a bit of trepidation, but full of love, and hope, that the ancient ritual of the Pachamanca would bring people together with a sense of renewal and gratitude towards each other, and most importantly, towards the Earth. Gracias for being part of this celebration, for creating magic together, and for including us in this amazing list of visionary chefs! Thank you to each and every one of you who came out to Andover to spend the day with us, and thank you especially to our brilliant team who make it all possible.

It has taken us a few days to process the marvelous experience of arriving to be part of the inaugural Playing Field dinner alongside our dear friend and cultural critic at-large and the inimitable .reichl who shared with us an intimate conversation about food and the many forms this passion takes place. We arrived a few days prior to understand the topography of the land, to sense the winds, to gauge the density of the earth, to identify the right location, to collect the rocks, to dig the hole, to prepare the ground, and to be one in the landscape. Thank you .kostich for receiving us with so much love and an impeccable organization to make it all happen. Thank you for accompanying us with the sweet sounds of the Peruvian andes in the Hudson Valley. It was a hard feat that had its reward in the absolute joy shared by everyone on that glorious Sunday. Gracias, gracias a todos!
