Look, we know on every corner of God’s creation the same two coffee places can be found. And we know there’s the reality we could never compete with them.

But we aren’t here to do that 😅 We love COFFEE, not the heavily processed junk that gets dumped in it by most shops. We make every sauce in house from scratch using locally sourced and clean ingredients. We avoid artificial flavoring, preservatives, emulsifiers, and we spend top dollar on beans we roast in house to ensure the best coffee served possible.

Not your thing? That’s fine! There’s a mega corporation out there happy to make another questionably constructed beverage for you 😅 But we’re over here trying to make a difference and a healthier product that highlights the namesake of our shop.

Everyone’s favorite Danish is back 🥳

North Wind Bread Company first made these for us after a couple we hosted for their engagement party wanted some bagels for the event. They came up with the everything bagel danish, the perfect combo of two familiar and beloved NY breakfast foods.

We hope to stock them as long as our bakers keep em around!

Heartbreaking news; we did not catch a whale 🐋 💔

But we did snag a smallmouth bass and some new merch just in time for Father’s Day.

We now have our classic mesh SnapBack hats in adult AND youth sizes so you can go twin with your 2.0. And for this weekend only, grab an adult and kid’s size and save $10 on your order. Currently in store only at the Chester location with plans to distribute to online and the loaf soon.

Happy Matcha Day to the green goddess of the drink world! 🍃🍃🍃🍃

When we opened in 2020 I didn’t want to do matcha. Not because I dislike it, quite the contrary, but because to make it properly takes a lot of attention to detail and a very expensive ceremonial grade matcha. .agu bullied me into bringing it on, and it’s been a joy ride since. We use traditional brewing techniques using the chasen bamboo whisk and ceramic bowl, and buy ceremonial grade matcha from Kagoshima Japan at its peak seasonal freshness to ensure the smoothest and dreamiest tea you’ve ever had.

The Hari Jårl is here to welcome the warm weather 👑

Hari is the Filipino Tagalog word for King, which is fitting because we took our iced Ubeccino and mixed it with the Jårl cream cheese foam for the ultimate refreshing drink to cool off with.

The Ube has a naturally sweet profile that reminds us of Cap’n Crunch berries and cake batter, and the brûléed cream cheese foam adds a savory and creamy component that send it into another dimension.

Available for the spring menu as a secret menu item, you won’t see it on the menus in store so make sure to spread the word!
