🚨 Important Update for Our Guests 🚨As many of you know, a Boil Water Order has been issued for the Town of Chester. Because the health and safety of our community is always our number one priority, we are temporarily closing, effective immediately. Operating a full-service kitchen safely and up to health standards requires an uninterrupted supply of safe, clean tap water. Rather than compromise on our safety protocols or offer a limited menu, we believe closing for a brief window is the safest path forward.Connecticut Water is currently testing the system, and we hope this will be a very brief pause! Once the order is officially lifted, we will thoroughly flush our system, sanitize our equipment, and open our doors right back up to serve you.Stay tuned to our social pages for reopening updates. Stay safe, Chester! 💙

Spend the holiday with The Anchor. America's turning 250, but let's be real, The Anchor's the real baby turning 2! These past two years have been a wild ride - exhausting, shocking, infuriating, laugh-out-loud hilarious, and weirdly educational. Thanks to everyone who's supported us, letting us raise our little bundle of joy... we mean, The Anchor.
