One of our most popular menu items this time of year is our Salad Greca, a Greek-inspired, beautifully dressed melange of fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives and feta cheese.

And the star of the show are the featured Ct tomatoes. We are very fussy, as you know, if you've enjoyed our salads.

Among our select vendors is John Carmody and his nearby Carmody's Farm.

So to John, March Farm in Bethlehem and the other Ct farmers whose 'best of the garden best' allow us to serve the 'best of the best' at our tables, 'Here's to summer gardens!'
