We at The Butcher’s Son are proud and thankful for the local farmers who work hard to bring fresh, quality ingredients to our tables every day.

That’s why this week, we’re proud to support the Farm Aid Music Festival and celebrate the farmers who make our local food community so special.

Our Executive Chef headed out to several local farms to gather the best of what’s being harvested right here in our community, bringing those ingredients into this week’s fresh fish feature.
