✨ Meet the Moms Behind Bean Redeemed ✨

If you've been around Bean Redeemed for any length of time, there's a good chance you've met one (or both!) of these amazing women.

💛 Cynthia (Monica's Mom)
When she's not helping out with Bean Redeemed, you can find her cuddling her pups, crafting, or spending time supporting her family. Whether it's lending a hand at an event, helping behind the scenes, or stepping in when we need an extra set of hands, she's always willing to help make things happen.

💛 Tammy (Jacob's Mom)
When she's not supporting Bean Redeemed, she's busy writing a book, loving on her puppies, and serving as a proud fire wife. She's always ready to jump in and help wherever needed, and her encouragement and support have been a huge blessing throughout this journey.

While Bean Redeemed is owned by Jacob and Monica, we couldn't do what we do without the incredible support of our families. Cynthia and Tammy both have their own busy lives and careers, but whenever we're in a pinch, have a big event, or just need some extra help, they're there.

From helping at events to supporting us behind the scenes, they've been a huge part of making Bean Redeemed what it is today.

We're so thankful for these two women and the many ways they've supported this dream God placed on our hearts. ❤️☕

🐾 Meet the Team: The Real Bosses of Bean Redeemed 🐾

We couldn't do a "Meet the Team" series without introducing two very important members of the Bean Redeemed family...

🐶 Cierra (11 years old)

Cierra can usually be found lounging on the couch, charging in the sunshine, or politely asking anyone nearby for pets. She was originally supposed to be Jacob's dad's dog, but somewhere along the way she decided she was actually Bubby's girl—and she's been by his side ever since.

Her specialties include:
☀️ Sunbathing
🛋️ Professional couch lounging
❤️ Convincing everyone to pet her

🐶 Charlie (4 years old)

Charlie can usually be found sitting on his mom's lap or patiently waiting by the door for her to come home. He'll tolerate Jacob, but let's be honest—Mom is his favorite person.

Charlie is also a huge fan of cheese. If cheese is involved, he suddenly appears out of nowhere and becomes very interested in whatever you're doing. When he's not hoping for a snack, he's busy hunting down squeaky toys and making sure everyone knows they're his.

His specialties include:

🐾 Professional lap dog
❤️ Being Mom's biggest fan

If you've talked to Jacob or Monica for more than a few minutes, you've probably heard a story (or ten) about these two. We may run a coffee business, but we're definitely dog people first.

✨ Meet Monica ✨

📚 A Little About Me
Hi friends! I'm Monica — 25 years old, a school psychologist by day and a dog mom by night. My heart is for the special education kiddos who tend to fall through the cracks, especially ADHD kids because... well... I am one.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me reading, sewing, or hanging out with my dog. If it sounds like a grandma hobby, I'm probably a fan. :)
Fun fact: I have a sleep disorder that's too complicated to explain. I don't even understand it! Which raises a valid question... Why do I own a coffee business?
The Lord has a sense of humor, is why! 😂

☕ Bean Redeemed Through My Eyes
One of my favorite parts of Bean Redeemed has been watching Jacob grow as a leader, business owner, husband, and person.
The hardest part? Learning that I can't run everything myself.
One of the biggest things God has taught me this year is to let my husband lead. Hard, I know. Turns out I can't control every detail of this business—only the Lord can—and He's put Jacob where he is for a reason.

🎉 Favorite Memory
My favorite memory from year one was our Grand Opening!
We expected people to come, but we did NOT expect that many people to come. Seeing the community show up for us was one of those moments where you knew God was in it! :)

🏢 Looking Ahead
While it's still a ways off, I can't wait to introduce future Baby Beans to the Bean Redeemed family someday! ❤️
I also dream of growing Bean Redeemed beyond the trailer. I'd love to see multiple brick-and-mortar locations one day—places where people can grab great coffee, join a Bible study, come to a worship night, build community, and encounter Jesus. :)

Jacob and I disagree on this often, but the correct answer is an Americano with white chocolate and raspberry. No questions asked!

More than anything, I've watched God work through this business—in our marriage, our communication, our creativity, and especially our patience.
And then more patience.

☕ Meet Jacob ☕

Hey friends! I'm Jacob, the owner of Bean Redeemed Coffee. I'm 24 years old, I love Jesus, my family, and spending time with my wife. We have two dogs and are constantly reminding each other that we definitely don't need another one... although that's easier said than done.

When I'm not serving coffee, you'll usually find me relaxing on the couch with a good movie or TV show, exploring new places with my wife, enjoying the outdoors when the weather cooperates, watching professional wrestling, or rewatching Marvel movies. And nothing beats a good worship session.

One thing most people don't know about me? I have a massive fear of heights.

My favorite part of owning Bean Redeemed Coffee has been the creativity. Whether it's creating new specialty drinks or having a customer say, "Make me something," I love the challenge of creating what sometimes becomes their new favorite drink.

The biggest challenge? The weather. Working through extreme heat and freezing temperatures has definitely been a learning experience!

God has been teaching me a lot through this journey, especially patience. Waiting for His timing instead of my own hasn't always been easy, but He's continually reminding me that His plans are always worth waiting for.

When people ask about my favorite memory from our first year, honestly, it's the entire year. Watching God use this business and seeing how He has worked through it has been an incredible blessing.

One of the most rewarding parts has been the opportunity to pray with customers and witness God move through something as simple as a cup of coffee. Those moments remind us exactly why we started Bean Redeemed in the first place.

As for my go-to drink? A good cold brew is hard to beat, but a latte with coconut and caramel is always near the top of my list.

I'm excited for whatever comes next. God opened the door for Bean Redeemed, and I can't wait to see where He leads us next.

We'll be at Open House Community Church TONIGHT for an evening of fireworks and family fun!
