What started as a Marine's hobby has morphed into a product line with a national presence. It all started years ago while deployed overseas and assigned to mess duty. I watched the mess cooks add their personal flare to improve the provided BBQ sauces. Watching fruits and spices flying through the air and landing in pots of simmering sauce. This interest and desire to learn has carried with me int

o every BBQ joint that I've entered. I have taken what I learned and started perfecting my craft in the comforts of my own kitchen. This was later followed by requests from friends and family for the source of my sauces and ultimately led to the development of the current line.
