Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! 2023 was an unforgettable year as we wrapped up our business and gave our friends at Canon a hug goodbye. It is a constant reminder to cherish the moments we have and to never take those for granted. During this Holiday season we pray that joy follow you all the days of your life. A throwback image to our little corner of the break room circa 12/2005. We visited Canon ITS the first time and looked at the possibility of becoming a food vendor. The previous vendor was Hungry Fox - Serving a few breakfast sandwich, a few burgers and hot dogs. We sought to bring more for our friends at Canon. Drawing on 30 years of restaurant experience to bring more variety.

Concluding our business the same way we started…together as a family! 17 years ago we remember the anticipation of serving our friends at Canon ITS. Our 5 year old then insisted on helping as we prepped for a new beginning. Now she is back to help on our last day.

Our final daily Special at Canon ITS. A few favorites to close out our adventure at CITS. We are humbled by the outpouring of love from our customers and friends over the past few days. We always felt like we were a part of a family with all the employees at Canon. We especially want to thank the Canon management team for allowing us the privilege of serving such a wonderful group of people. Hope to see some of you on our last day on the 31st.

Next week is our last at Canon ITS. As many of you know we love laughter and food. We will conclude on a Wonder-Pho note by serving Vietnamese Pho the last week we are here. Pho is something many of our customers are looking Pho. Thanks for everyone's support over the years. We share many un-pho-getable moments and you will always be remembered.

Mid-Day updated Specials

We are featuring as one of our specials a Vietnamese Grilled Pork Chop - Marinated and Grilled to perfection with some fresh sliced greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers with a dipping sauce. Often this is made with pork shoulder but we use pork loin to cut the fat but still retain the flavor.
