🌾 Why Our Dough Tastes Better

Premium Unbleached Flour
We use unbleached flour, meaning it is naturally aged instead of chemically whitened. This helps preserve the wheat’s natural flavor and creates a richer, more authentic crust.

No Potassium Bromate
Our flour is unbromated, meaning it contains no added potassium bromate, a dough-strengthening additive that some bakeries still use. We choose unbromated flour because many customers prefer ingredients with a simpler, cleaner profile.
