CHEF FEATURE TONIGHT
Shrimp & Chorizo Tacos

Three corn tortillas layered with large seared shrimp and savory chorizo, finished with a bright Asian pear pico, cooling coconut crema, queso fresco, and toasted pepitas. The pear brings a fresh sweetness, serrano adds a clean little kick, and the crema pulls everything together. Rich, bright, spicy, and beautifully balanced.

We suggest pairing them with a bottle of Albariño.
