Local 757 cake pop makers and dessert bakers — I wanted to share this here because I know how hard it can be to find display pieces that actually work well for large orders.

I’m selling my custom cake pop stand. It can be configured several ways, holds up to 252 cake pops, and the top can also be used for a small cake. It breaks down for compact storage and has only been used a few times.

I’d really love to see it go to another local baker who can put it to good use. I’ve listed it on Facebook Marketplace, but feel free to message me directly if you’re interested or have questions.

A New Chapter in My Baking Journey

For well over a decade, this bake shop has been my heart.
Every sweet treat, every class, every conversation — it has all meant more to me than I can say. 💕

As life changes, so do our gifts and the ways we can share them.
Physically, I’m no longer able to keep up with the day-to-day demands of running Amelia’s Desserts as a business… but my love for teaching, creating, and connecting with bakers hasn’t gone anywhere!

So I’m beginning a new chapter — one filled with whimsy, learning, creativity, and community.

✨ Introducing Baking Chat— a new space where we bake together, learn together, and create without pressure.

I would love for you to join me there!

These gals came back to the bake shop today for a baking class reunion and made… Entremets!
They created chocolate tart shells filled with crunchy Nutella layer, chocolate ganache layer, chocolate caramel mousse all covered in a beautiful shiny glaze and embellished with custom designed sprinkle assortments😍
Such an amazing accomplishment!
Such a special group of friends!
